Pricing 
Prices in the MMS Online Tool Resource and Warehouse effective at the time of posting (January, 2005). Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders throughout the year will be billed at the prevailing prices. Quotations are valid 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise noted. Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction. 
List prices on the MMS web site are periododically. Real-time customer-specific pricing is found by contacting us at 1-417-462-3130. Sale prices are reflected in real-time in the shopping cart .


Shipping Methods 
We will ship your order via regular ground UPS, USPS, delivery, or if needed, next day delivery at additional (UPS heavy weight shipments and truck shipments are excluded). UPS will deliver shipments up to 150 pounds (in states where this is consistent with UPS regulations). UPS shipments weighing over 70 pounds may be split into two separate cartons when appropriate. Due to size, weight or delivery requirements it may be necessary to ship your order in multiple carriers and/or via freight carriers, F.O.B. Shipping Point. MMS will select a freight carrier unless otherwise specified by the Buyer. (All parcels are shipped F.O.B. MMS, Manufacture prepaid and added per customer requirements. NO COD's) 

Warranty and Limitations of Liability 
MMS has attempted to provide current and accurate information herein; however, MMS makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information and assumes no liability for any loss, damage or injury of any kind which may result from or arise out of the use of or reliance on the information by any person. MMS warrants that its products or services shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service when correctly installed and maintained. This warranty of quality shall terminate thirty (30) days after delivery of the products to the Buyer and shall not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper storage, handling or maintenance. (MMS Software warranty terminates never as long as I am in charge I will replace free of charge 1 time.)

SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE SALE, HANDLING OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE RELATING THERETO. MMS LIABILITY HEREUNDER WHETHER BASED ON THE CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE IS LIMITED TO, AT MMS OPTION, THE CORRECTION OF DEFECTIVE SERVICES OR REFUNDING OR CREDITING BUYER WITH THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE THEREOF, THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR THE REPAYMENT OF, OR CREDITING BUYER WITH AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS. 
The parties expressly waive the Statute of Limitation and agree that any claim by Buyer with reference to the products or services sold hereunder for any cause, shall be deemed waived by the Buyer unless filed within one (1) year from accrual of the cause of action therefore. 

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. MMS Return Policy: 
If you are not completely satisfied with your MMS purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund on all re-sellable merchandise. Certain restrictions may apply if the product has been altered. Special order products are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. The manufacturer's warranty may be used to address the issue in lieu of a return. We offer this extremely fair return policy so ordering your tools from MMS is virtually risk-free! 

Our return procedure is also easy and convenient. 
Return Procedure
Follow these 3 easy steps for a quick return: 
1. Sign the delivery receipt "package received damaged." Inspect the contents of the parcel and keep all damaged containers for inspection until the carrier notifies you to dispose of them.. 
2. Contact your carrier and you will be advised regarding the proper procedures to follow. 
3. Call MMS at 1-417-462-3130 so that we may reship the merchandise if necessary. Note: MMS is not responsible for damaged shipments. 

Late Shipments 
In the unlikely event that you do not receive an order within the time expected, call MMS at 1-417-462-3130 and we will trace the shipment immediately. If your order cannot be traced, MMS will send another shipment of the goods. 

Incomplete Shipments 
If your order arrives incomplete, please check the contents of the package against the packing slip for any backorder items. If you find discrepancies, please contact MMS customer service immediately at 1-417-462-3130 so that we may resolve the problem. It is very rare but backorders do happen here.
